The priciest Old Westbury home sold in November was a 10-bedroom, 6.55-bath newly rebuilt colonial on 4.51 acres at 10 Red Ground Road that sold for $3.45 million. It was listed and sold by Maria Babaev of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

A 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath colonial on 5.45 acres at 1 Tatem Way fetched $2.9 million. It was listed by Hualing Deng, Ann Roberts and Qing Lu of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Daniel Gale’s Ellen Zipes and Jared Zipes.

At 5 Haddington Drive, a 4-bedroom, 5-bath ranch on 1 acre went for $1.8 million. It was listed by Yu Zhu of Winzone Realty and sold by Aileen Murstein of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
