The priciest Jericho home sold in November was a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the Hamlet Estates homeowners association at 35 Kettlepond Road that sold for $1.8 million in cash. It was listed by Marie Salerno and Jean Pettigrew of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Douglas Elliman’s Maria Babaev.
A 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath split-level on .23 acres at 38 Sullivan Drive fetched $1.375 million. It was listed by Linda Freedman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Barry Paley and Lucas Paley of Laffey Real Estate.
At 11 S. Sagamore Way, a 4-bedroom, 3.55-bath newly built colonial on .23 acres went for $1.34 million in cash. It was listed by Catherine Marconi of Castle Land Realty and sold by Xiao Ping Zhao of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
