A 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath colonial on .30 acres at 45 Shelley Lane in Great Neck fetched $2.7 million. It was listed by Orly Hollander of Laffey Real Estate and sold by Raya Namdar of S. Sharf Realty.
At 6 John St. in Garden City, a 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath colonial on .57 acres also went for $2.7 million. It was listed by Joseph Scavo of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Nancy Giannone of Coach Realtors.
