The three highest-priced home sales in Brookville last month ranged from $1.85 million to $8.3 million.

The priciest Brookville home sold in May was an 8-bedroom, 11.55-bath colonial on 5.43 acres at 5 Dupont Court that sold for $8.3 million in cash. It was listed by Maria Babaev of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Hong Zhang of Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast.

A 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath newly built colonial on 2 acres at 179 Brookville Road fetched $4.5 million. The property was listed and sold by Stephen Portelli of Stephen Joseph Properties.

At 5 Norgate Road, a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath colonial on 2.05 acres went for $1.85 million. It was listed by Shahla Oheb of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Daniel Gale’s Carolina Boucos.
