This time of year always seems to come too quickly. The summer is coming to a close and the school doors have opened once again. As hard as it is to say goodbye to those long summer nights and balmy beach days, September brings a welcomed structure back into the lives of both children and parents. We can start to focus and think more clearly about new opportunities and goals for next year. In essence, it is a new beginning. I wish everyone of all ages a very happy and prosperous new school year and look forward to a great year in real estate! ~Maria
